Voicethread creates and share dynamic conversations around documents, snapshots, diagrams and videos, basically anything there is to talk about. It is a great tool to make a beautiful visual podcast.

Steps to create a Voice Thread
Go to https://voicethread.com/ to register. Create your account and Sign in.
Once you are on your home page, you will see 3 different tabs:
Browse: explore other Voice Threads.
Create: create your own VT.
My voice: shows your VT previously created.
Select Create, go to the Upload tab to upload an image (or a group of images).

Once uploaded, you'll get few buttons:
Record your voice button (microphone icon), add text (Aa icon) and record yourself with your computer's webcam (camera icon).
Select the microphone button, click the red button to start recording your voice. Once finished, click again the record button.
Select the next image, and do the same process adding text or recording your voice again.
Click on the Share tab to share your Voice Thread via email or sending the link.
We can set the VT with the option of "anyone can comment" to allow others to make notes and comments on our VT. This is good for group activities.
To be able to comment on another VT you have to register and create an account.

Pasos para crear un Voice Thread.
Al ingresar al sitio se pueden observar tres solapas:
1. Browse: permite explorar creaciones de otros usuarios.
2. Create: crea un voicethread.
3. MyVoice: muestra los voicethreads creados previamente.
Crear un voicethread
Seleccionar la solapa Create. Se abrir谩 una nueva ventana con 3 opciones:
1.Upload: subir un archivo (imagen).
2.Comment: permite comentar usando voice over para audio.
3.Share: compartir via e-mail o enviando el enlace.
Subimos una o varias im谩genes y la seleccionamos haciendo clic en la misma.
Aparecer谩n los botones para grabaci贸n y otros para comentar (texto y webcam para filmarse).
Presionamos el bot贸n del micr贸fono (grabaci贸n) y comenzamos a relatar.
Una vez terminado nuestro relato, presionamos el bot贸n de Share.
Este crear谩 un enlace para enviar.
Al compartir, dejamos la opci贸n de “anyone can comment” para permitir que otros puedan hacer notas y grabaciones en nuestro Voice Thread.
